At THEY Visualize Value, we’ve always strived to grow responsibly. But somewhere along the way, we realized that being a good company isn’t just about what we achieve — it’s about how we achieve it. This realization has led us to embark on the journey toward B-Corp certification – a rigorous, globally recognised standard that holds businesses accountable for their impact on the employees, local communities, environment and customers.

Why we chose the B-Corp path

This journey is about more than earning a certification — it’s about embracing a mindset shift. The decision to pursue B-Corp certification came from our desire to better understand our impact on different stakeholders and to ensure we’re living up to the values we stand for. It challenges us to:

  • Take a hard look at our social and environmental practices and find ways to improve.
  • Build on our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for our employees.
  • Build governance structures that foster transparency and accountability.

By working toward B-Corp certification, we’re not just ticking boxes — we’re committing to being a company that creates value for all stakeholders.

Key initiatives in our B-Corp journey

Our B-Corp journey has been a catalyst for meaningful action across various areas of our business.
We’ve identified opportunities to deepen our impact and align our practices with the B-Corp standards. Here are some key initiatives across all our focus areas:

  • Customers: Enhanced processes to gather and act on feedback, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.
  • Employees: Offering benefits like health insurance, provident fund (PF), and improved leave policies to support the well-being of our employees.
  • Sustainability: Promoting the use of eco-friendly materials, more efficient use of energy and better waste management practices. Also conducted a baseline carbon assessment and initiated plans to reduce emissions.
  • Communities: Started working with local communities and NGOs to help contribute to the well-being and empowerment of the underrepresented groups.
  • Governance: Strengthened internal policies to ensure ethical decision-making at all levels and created open channels for communication with all stakeholders.
