Assist in shaping and maintaining the organisation's brand identity through visuals, design assets, and messaging. This includes building a cohesive visual identity system, documenting brand guidelines, and establishing a consistent tone of voice.

Content creation

Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various communication needs, for our clients’ internal and external stakeholders. This includes developing annual reports, leadership presentations, and corporate films. 

Employee communication

Design internal communication campaigns to foster employee engagement, alignment, and morale. This includes utilizing a variety of communication channels to reach employees effectively, including intranets, newsletters, town halls, and social media platforms. 

Brand positioning

Develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' market presence, ensuring that their brand is effectively positioned to attract and engage both customers and investors. This involves creating compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the unique strengths and values of the company, ultimately strengthening its market standing and appeal.

  • Community engagement: Touching as many lives as possible through volunteering and community efforts, with a special focus on child education and their upliftment.

One key metric we track is their willingness to recommend our services to others, measured through the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our target is to maintain an NPS of 7.5 out of 10, reflecting the trust and satisfaction of our clients.
