Attendance Expectations
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is crucial for the smooth operation of our business. Employees are expected to arrive on time and be present during their scheduled hours. If an employee is unable to attend work, they must notify their supervisor as soon as possible.
Reporting Absences
Absences should be reported at least one hour before the start of the workday. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. We understand that emergencies happen, and we encourage employees to communicate openly about their situations.
