Our Code of Conduct is designed to reflect our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and respect while accommodating our flexible and informal working environment. This document outlines the expectations for ethical behaviour, professional standards, and adherence to both local and international norms, ensuring that everyone at THEY maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, and partners of THEY VISUALIZE VALUE, whether working remotely, in our offices in Amsterdam and Delhi, or on-site with clients in Noida or elsewhere.

Professional integrity

  • Honesty and transparency: Always communicate truthfully and accurately with clients and colleagues. Ensure that all information provided is clear and correct, avoiding exaggerations or misleading statements.
  • Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information related to clients and the company. Ensure that all confidential data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR in Amsterdam, Indian data protection laws in Delhi and Noida).

Compliance with laws and regulations

  • Local and international compliance: Abide by all relevant local laws and international regulations. Stay informed about legal requirements specific to Amsterdam, Delhi, and Noida.
  • Client office etiquette: Follow the policies and protocols of client offices in Noida. Respect their operational guidelines and maintain professionalism during client interactions.

Flexible and responsible work practices

  • Trust and accountability: We trust that our employees will manage their time effectively and work diligently. Ensure that we meet deadlines and complete our tasks as agreed. 
  • Flexible hours: While flexibility in working hours is encouraged, it is important to balance work with personal well-being. Employees should communicate their availability and any changes to their working hours transparently with their team and clients.

Health and well-being

  • Physical and mental health: Prioritise our mental and physical health. Take regular breaks during work hours, manage stress, and seek support if needed. Our company promotes a healthy work-life balance.
  • Work environment: Maintain a safe and productive work environment, whether working remotely or in the office. Ensure that workspaces promote both efficiency and overall well-being. 

Ethical conduct

  • Avoid conflicts of interest: Employees should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their work. Avoid situations where personal interests may compromise professional responsibilities.
  • Respectful communication: Engage in respectful, professional, and constructive communication with clients and colleagues. Avoid manipulative or coercive tactics in any interactions. 

Respect and inclusivity

  • Diversity and inclusion: Foster an inclusive work environment where all employees and clients are treated with respect. Embrace and celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Professional behaviour: Even in informal settings, maintain professionalism in our interactions. Treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

Social responsibility and sustainability

  • Ethical practices: Engage in practices that promote social responsibility and sustainability. consider the environmental and social impact of our work and make efforts to reduce any negative effects. 
  • Community engagement: Support community initiatives and contribute positively to society. Participate in activities that align with our company’s values.

Reporting and accountability

  • Reporting issues: If an employee encounters any issues or unethical behaviour, they should report it to the HR Representative or the management. We have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
  • Continuous adherence: Regularly review and adhere to this Code of Conduct. Participate in feedback and training sessions to ensure ongoing alignment with ethical standards and best practices.
